All conversations are confidential and held in a warm, judgment‑free space.

Payment: Paid in full after the consultation, once the Coaching Agreement is signed. Services begin after payment + signed agreement.

Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Assessment & Debrief
As a Qualified Administrator and Coach of the Intercultural Development Inventory, Obie administers the IDI assessment, debriefs your results with you, and facilitates supports you in understanding your intercultural development, identifying growth areas, and exploring ways to continue forward in your intercultural journey.
Pricing begins at $300 per person (includes administering assessment and 1-hour debrief session)

Payment & Booking Policies
All coaching sessions and bundles are paid in full upfront after the consultation and once the Coaching Agreement is signed. This payment reserves your place on Obie’s calendar and activates your coaching engagement.
Services begin once full payment has been received and the Coaching Agreement has been signed.
All sessions are scheduled via Obie’s online scheduling link after payment and agreement are complete.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens — and communication matters. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered no-shows and are not refunded or rescheduled.
- Missed sessions without notice are considered no-shows and are not refunded or rescheduled.
- One emergency exception is allowed per client.
All sessions must be used within the timeframe of your coaching package unless otherwise agreed.
